Modern Superhero Comics Explained


I don't think I've ever encountered a single sentence that summed up the problem with current superhero comics so correctly:

Comics like these, though– the creators seem so without hope, that there
are any new stories left to be written.
But if the audience rewards them for
it, the game is the game…

Hey...if Bullseye and Deadshot could get away with it for decades, then why not?

Here are two ideas for posters:

Track down the pics of 1)Fat Guy landing on Spidey (which explains why he missed the wedding) and 2) The Doctor explaining to Pete that Aunt May was cured through THE POWER OF LOVE (from the recent issue of ASM) and give them both the following caption:

IDIOCY: When it takes TWO AND A HALF YEARS to come up with ideas like THIS.
